the cool 'lexington, ky' sticker they were giving out at RTTH. i thought it'd be perfect for my phone.
i had classes all day. a paper due that i finished this morning. we had some friends form GA visiting this afternoon/evening.
i got a super bad headache yesterday evening that i cant get rid of and my neck is so tight i barely have any motion.
all the sitting i did this past weekend was hard on my body. (ughhh i feel like im 80 years old...no offence to those of you who are 80.)
i was in bed with a heating pad by 10. i need sleep so bad.

Were you in Lexington? I live about 1/5 hrs. from there! Ohh...and headaches. I can totally relate. I've been getting them a lot in the past year. Haven't quite figured out why. But certain essential really help take them away.

No i wasnt in lexington. they just had a booth at the event b/c thats where RTTH is going to be next year. Sorry you've been having headaches. i can totally relate. i've been struggling with them for the past 2 years. finally started chiropractic therapy and its slowly been helping. :)
