i woke up with awful head pain. and when i wake up with it...it only gets worse from there.
i went and had my first ever massage. i was extremely hesitant and nervous about it b/c i cant stand for anyone to even touch my head/neck/shoulders because it hurts so bad.
the massage was painful, but not so much that i couldnt stand it. and thankfully it relaxed my muscles a lot.
so thankful.
but my head pain just kept getting worse so by like 1:30, i couldnt take it anymore and went to bed.
it hadnt been that bad for like 3 months.
mom woke me up around 5 and i was still in so much pain.
i didnt get outta bed until 8am thursday morning, and my head pain was pretty much gone.
