today was a driving to school with the windows down,
country music loud,
wearing flip flops allllllll day kinda day <3
i cant believe its january...blue sky and lotsa sunshine :)

then tonight the most horrible thing happened...ready for a story?
after i got home from school tonight my sister and i were the only ones home. i was in the living room watching this weeks episode of heartland and it was intense and i was reeeeally into it. anyway, i heard a car pull in the drive way and assumed it was my dad and brother...home from lowes. somebody came up to the door, opened the glass door (and the suction from the glass door opening made the main door shut), knocked a super quick knock. without looking up from my movie (i was super into it, remember.) i hollered "its unlocked" thinking it was my brother. out of the corner of my eye i saw, out the window, someone jog up the walk way and heard the car pull away. i thought, "oh that was weird", but still didnt think anything of it cause i was focused on my movie. then about 15 minutes later my sister came into the room and said, " i thought they were home? i told her they were (i still thought that the person at the door was my brother) and she was like, "um no...i looked. the truck isnt here." at that point i freaked out. we called my dad and asked if he'd been home and he said no. so i have absolutely nooooooo idea who the heck it was. but i am still freaking out about it. and i dont even want to think about what might've happened if they actually would have opened the door. especially since i told them it was unlocked!! i am such an idiot. PTL nothing happened and they left. <3
why does this crazy stuff ALWAYS happen to me? ugh.
