i am so not ready for classes tomorrow....ugh! gonna be a long night.
i've got way too much to do.
this morning i went to my first chiropractor appointment.
i think its gonna help, but its gonna take a while. i'm extremely sore right now and my neck/shoulders are hurting a lot.
but i think its gonna get worse before it gets better. just because i'm already so bad.
the chiropractor was really nice and super understanding.
he gave me stretches to do and i have another appointment wednesday.
...and so begins my chiropractic therapy journey. letsdothisthing.
